Delete your KybaBox account

Deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

How it works

  1. 1Sign in to KybaBox and go to Settings.
  2. 2Select the red Delete Account button on the bottom.
  3. 3Follow the prompts to permanently delete your account.

What to expect after deletion

  • Your account access to KybaBox is revoked immediately.
  • Your box data and photos are permanently deleted after 30 days.
  • Some records may be retained for legal or billing purposes.
